The Sex Tourist - Her History
The Sex Tourist got her first review at the age of 24 in Winterthur, Switzerland, on a Zurich-based review portal, posting her first photo in February 2009. Her pseudonym was Bonnie, and her services were described in detail. In countries where prostitution is legal, The Sex Tourist has no qualms about publishing her face on various European websites. In fact, she was the one who kept these photographs up online to be found using a reverse image search decades later.

Her next stop was Hungary, where she appeared in foot fetish videos as Jazmin (her portrait photo is still online). The Sex Tourist's photo in the red dress below seems to be her favorite as it is still used in her ads decades later. This, along with the photos in stockings, clearly show her in her late twenties with her now-trademark bleach blonde hair for the first time. She complained in a session that we had together that one of her clients had said she wasn't the woman in her ads. He wasn't far from the truth, as I estimate these photos to be 8 to 10 years old.
Once again, The Sex Tourist seems to only work hard in the sex industry and not bother with administrative or marketing tasks. I suspect she has, at most, a high school diploma. Her emotional intelligence, fiery temper, and self-admitted impatience suggest that she hasn't developed beyond her sexual development.
The Sex Tourist reappeared next in Finland as Hannah, in her mid to late twenties, but in 2018, she claims to be 23, a younger age. Her advertisements indicate her return, suggesting she had obviously gone back to Vaasa, Finland, multiple times. Furthermore, her sexual menu for her willing customer show she was willing to do ANYTHING for money. Given her poor English skills, this predates artificial intelligence, and she is clearly independent, as her advertisement was written by the same woman who could barely write English and emailed me for months after leaving San Francisco in January 2024.
In 2020, The Sex Tourist needed new photos to sell her sexual services. She chose a photographer in her native Hungary and chose the name "Bogi." "Bogi" told this photographer that she had flown from France to Hungary to have the following photos taken as a gift for her husband. Once again, The Sex Tourist is unable to tell the truth, even when she is simply having photos taken by a photographer
The Sex Tourist next appears in some broken links to images on a British escort website. Given her hair color and weight gain in these photos, it's reasonable to assume this occurred in 2021, post-COVID. It's understandable that she returned to her natural hair color, as hair salons were inaccessible, and the extra weight is likely related to the weight gain most people experienced during COVID. She also uses photos from her early twenties in these links, yet she still appears in a reverse image search. Since the escort website where she was advertised is largely controlled by agencies, I suspect she took these photos herself in a bathroom because the agency required more recent images.
From 2022 to 2024, The Sex Tourist traveled to the USA for work. It's understandable that she chose Fort Lauderdale, Florida, during this time, as Covid restrictions were less severe there, and it appears to have been her first time in the US. She is listed as 26 years old, but is actually 37. Her initial registration was as Marge. There are indications of a second visit or a name change to Angelique Sweet. Given Florida's prostitution laws, she may have changed her name as a precaution during a single visit in the US, after being granted entry under the Visa Waiver Program, which allows her a two-year window to travel to and from the US.
In November 2022, The Sex Tourist first arrived in San Francisco to work at the brothel located at 673 Brannan Street Apt. 507. This brothel also housed women from other Eastern European countries that had Visa Waiver Program agreements with the US.
The Sex Tourist's English wasn't very good, so Anna, the woman in charge of bookings and marketing, and the brothel receive half the money from each customer. I know this because The Sex Tourist complained about it in one of her many emails to me about her bosses. Since she has French roots and the other women are from Eastern Bloc countries like Russia and Hungary, Sophie adopts the name Sophie From France to differentiate herself from the competition. She has blonde hair again, has lost weight, and still claims to be only 27 (she's actually 37) because there are many other women in the Bay Area who are younger and more visible. She returned three more times with the same old photos: November to December 2022, February to March 2023, and late November 2023 to January 27, 2024.
Because prostitution is illegal in the US, The Sex Tourist hides her face in all her photos. However, you can see the same photo she had used in her previous advertisements. It should be noted that, in all of her other ads, The Sex Tourist never added a country into her name to market herself. It is obvious that Anna, her handler, decided to use Sophie From France as a marketing tool that they use to this day and refuse to change.
I met The Sex Tourist, who called herself "Sophie from France," in early December 2023. She was one of three girls at the brothel in San Francisco and spent six days a week from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. in this apartment located next to Pinterest headquarters. We got along well, and I saw her a total of 19 times between December 2023 and January 2024. The brothel allowed her to do what are called in the business "outcalls", which cost $2,000 for three hours.
The price difference was enormous, as she usually had $300 appointments at that brothel but I wanted to get her out of that awful place on a Saturday night and show my appreciation before she left the country. So, I took her out in Hayes Valley, my wonderful neighborhood, for a meal of her choosing. As of this writing, I am 99.99 percent positive that I'm the only customer that had ever done this for her. Given how she treated me afterward, this makes complete sense.
On her last evening in the US, I deliberately planned to be her last customer before she left the country.. She hugged me tightly three times as we walked to the door, and I gave her a letter thanking her for our time together. The letter made a point of mentioning nothing she had done for me sexually and talked only about her personality and sense of humor. I had no illusions that I would ever see her again.
A few months later, I received her contact information from the brothel, as I wanted to write about my experience with her. This is one of her first messages to me:

Over the following months, we corresponded about our lives. The Sex Tourist declared in the summer that she wouldn't be going to the Olympics in Paris for fear of terrorist attacks (another lie, since she wasn't even in France). From January to May, we emailed each other regularly until my phone mistakenly autocompleted the wrong name when I asked her about her favorite film by the French comedian Louis de Funès. She sent one last message, clearly furious at being addressed by the wrong name.
A woman who had changed her name as often as she changed her clothes suddenly felt insulted at being addressed by a different name. This was the first sign of her instability and volatile temper.
Six months later, I contacted her again. I apologized and explained what had happened with the autocomplete function on my phone. She replied within an hour. Laughing off her anger now as people with very little emotional intelligence do after time has passed.
The Sex Tourist told me she was in Turkey when I contacted her and that she had bought me a gift and would give it to me sometime. She also said she had left her US phone in the rental car and had to fly back to Turkey to pick it up. She didn't say why she was so worried about her US phone number. She just laughed at her forgetfulness. She sent me photos of her adventures which included a red dress photo session popular with women who head to this destination.
We emailed each other regularly for a week after that. Then I saw her ad with new photos appear on a prostitution website. I immediately emailed her and told her that I'd just seen her ad and was shocked to learn that she'd been living only ten blocks away this entire week. This is why she needed to go back to Turkey to get her US phone.
The thing to note about these new photos were that, just as with her previous photos, her face was completely obscured as she knew she was doing something illegal. But, these new photos were lazy candids she took in the SF brothel in the hallways outside of the room where she conducted business, No effort was made to match the prior photos from her younger days. In many ways, you could say that, even though she was once again lying about her age by stating she was in her late 20s, she seemed to be bragging about her physical condition at the age of 39. Especially the carefully posed red underwear photo below.
Below, I included her reply after I had contacted her to let her know that I knew she was back in San Francisco. The reply was somewhat off-putting and strange. The first of many strange statements in the following weeks.
"Bingo, Einstein." was both insulting and strange. I immediately responded to that email stating that, if she disrespected me again and implied I was stupid after she hid the fact that she was back in San Francisco, I would not communicate with her again. She quickly apologized. Burt, the more important news The Sex Tourist wanted to share was that this was her last visit and her last job, and she hinted that she was retiring. Since she'd told me she only did this job secretly in other countries and seemed dissatisfied with her choices, I was thrilled to hear this news.
In actuality, I learned later, she had come to San Francisco four times under the US Visa Waiver Program and had to reapply for another two years. This was her fourth time, and she knew she wouldn't be coming back. Judging by how The Sex Tourist cons people, she knew that I had no way of knowing this at the time so made this fake announcement anyway.
She also advertised herself as 28 years old in her ads. More precisely, as a 28-year-old from France. When I brought up our age difference in emails in the past, she sent me the meme below and stated that she thought that age was just a state of mind. Her birthdate on the foot fetish video (which is usually legally required on these sites to show the woman is not a child) indicated that The Sex Tourist would be 40 next year. This statement was not just a rosy view of age and how you should remember that "age is just a number". This statement was financial as The Sex Tourist was competing online with hundreds of ads filled with beautiful competitors who were younger and in their twenties.
Driven by her financial need, her persona as a younger prostitute was carefully crafted. As for her French origins, instead of claiming to be from Switzerland, she lived in predominantly French-speaking Geneva. If she placed an ad in her home country, she would simply be considered an ordinary girl. But, once again, in San Francisco, her "French persona" became her superpower. Setting her apart from the masses of Eastern European and Latin American prostitutes who came to sell their bodies in the Bay Area every year.
I would argue that this deception is not a harmless lie. Had her clients known the truth, would they have hesitated to have sex with her? She had been working as a prostitute all over Europe for over 15 years, and although she claimed to be clean and healthy, I was very nervous when I finally learned the truth and got tested. When confronted with lies, The Sex Tourist offered no remorse. Only rationalizations.
As for the place that I'm almost certain she calls home, I discovered a single photo of her in an international networking group in Geneva. I found the image through a reverse image search, which showed that she belonged to a networking group of Hungarian expats in Geneva.
When I sent her this picture, it disappeared from the website (probably along with her profile). To this day, I have a few clues as to her real name. But frankly, "The Sex Tourist" seems like the perfect description of a woman who knows no other life than that of a nomadic con artist, using her body as an ATM to travel the world.
I also discovered a page for an escort service named Cinderella Escorts which lists The Sex Tourist as being 33 years of age and living in Geneva, Switzerland. The monthly allowance she is asking from prospective sugar daddy's is 5000 Euros a month. You will also notice many of the same photos she's used in the past show this is the same person. And, the languages spoken on this escort page show as German with no mention of French or France.
As I mentioned on the previous page, I just discovered that The Sex Tourist is back in San Francisco two years after announcing her "retirement" to "begin a new life". She made no attempt to change her name, used the same photos as in previous ads and is working for the same brothel at 673 Brannan Street Apt #507. I write this story down because no one else would take the time to pull all of this history together in one place in response to an intense friendship over a couple of months with a European prostitute. But, I would argue that, in the modern age with a vanishing middle class, the challenges to get ahead have become all too real. Women like The Sex Tourist have decided to use their attractiveness as a commodity to help them get ahead. Women make these choices all the time but rarely are they truly transactional in every sense of the word like The Sex Tourist.
The issue with that kind of thinking is that, if you rely upon your looks to do all the heavy lifting and don't make an effort to do anything else, then it must be acknowledged that you are living on borrowed time. And, there will come a time when a woman like The Sex Tourist won't be able to convince her next client that she's 29 or 39 or 49 or 59. The longer you do it, the more you accept it as a norm, the harder it is do anything else. Given we're nearing the end of The Sex Tourist's second decade living off the world's oldest profession, it's clear that she has already decided that this is a worthwhile sacrifice.
